| 摘 要： | 传统高校教师绩效考核方法是一种简单的指标值加总方法，但不同类别的指标缺乏可比性和可加性。AHP方法通过引用相对指标，将主观评价与数理评价有机结合，克服了传统方法的不足。本文通过实例阐述了AHP原理和高校教师绩效考核的应用过程，并结合实际指出了其应用前提和应该注意的问题。
