生物大分子序列一级结构同源性分析的算法及其软件实现

摘    要:本系统是用微机来实现生物大分子序列一级结构的同源性分析,对生物学家在一级结构同源性分析的科研工作中具有一定的实用价值。本系统是在寻找保守区的基础上进行率匹配,分别使用了顺序搜索法,优先队列法及分枝定界法,并采用了深度优先与广度优先的搜索方式以及对角线方向扩展,相邻对角线传递等技术,在实现过程中,采用了运算速度快的结构程序语言——C语言,并运用数据结构的技巧提高了系统的使用效率.

Abstract:This system is designed to realize the homology analysis of biological macro-molecule sequence's primary structure with microcomputer,and it is conducive to the researchof the biologists iii this field.The system is for string matching on the base of searching con-servative area. respectively with sequential search,priority queueing and branch and boundmethod,and the skills of depth-first and breadth-first seaching methods,as well as diagonalstretch,adjacent diagonal forword.In the process of the implementation,the fast operativespeed and structure programming language-C language,moreover data structure techniqueare used for raising applied efficiency of the system.[
