回转式空预器传热性能的近似分析方法

摘    要:基于当量长度与当量周期的概念,提出了回转式空预器稳态温度分布的近似解析方法,这种方法将换热器分成几个区域进行计算,得出回转式空预器准稳态运行时的金属,烟气,空气的温度分布,从而可以确定空预器开始积灰腐蚀的位置,本方法适用于当量周期较小的情况。

Abstract:This paper develops a method of an approximate thermal analysis for a regenerative heat exchanger based on the idea of reduced length and reduced period.The method divides the regenerator into several areas and can obtain the temperature distribution of the metal,flue gas and air.This can help to determine the location of the fouling and corrosion. The method is applicable when the reduced period is comparatively short.
