| 摘 要： | 说明了纵轴式部分断面掘进重要工况机钻进状态的复杂性，在详细地分析了截割头钻进过程的基础上，通过编制计算机程序，利用模拟的方法，求得了反映截割头钻进性能的截齿切屑图，并分析了不同煤岩、不同钻进速度和不同截割头转速下的钻进性能，为正确地设计掘进机工作机构的结构和合理地选择机器的截割参数奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | The complex nature of drilling condition of part-face longitudinal-axial-roadheader is discussed.On the basis of analyzing carefully the drilling process of the cutting header,pick cutting patterns reflecting drilling performance of cutting headers are obtained by means of simulation and computer program is worked out.Drilling performance of different coals and rocks,different drilling speeds and different rotational speeds of the cutting header are analyzed,which lay the foundation for designing correctly the structure of working mechanism of roadheader and choosing reasonable cutting parameters of the machine. |
