南京市6～7岁儿童口腔健康行为调查研究

目的了解南京市6～7岁儿童口腔健康行为状况,为开展儿童口腔疾病防治工作提供资料．方法随机抽取1236名6～7岁儿童,采用问卷调查方法收集儿童及其母亲的口腔健康行为．结果42．4％的儿童刷牙2次／d以上,74．41％的儿童使用含氟牙膏,21．36％的儿童在过去1a内有牙科就医行为,42％的儿童采取过预防保健措施行为;儿童牙科就诊原因主要为急（慢）性牙痛（36．17％）;家长口腔健康知识主要来源于大众媒体宣传（41．10％）,知晓窝沟封闭可预防龋齿的家长仅占33．25％．结论应加强口腔健康教育,建立儿童正确的口腔健康行为．

On the Oral Health Behavior of 6-to-7-Year-Old Children in Nanjing City

Objective To investigate the oral health behaviour of 6-to-7-year-old children in Nanjing City, to provide an evidence for the prevention and treatment of children＇ s oral diseases. Method 1 236 children with 6-to-7-year-old were randomly selected, questionnaires were used to collect the information on the behavior of the children with their mothers＇ help. Results The results showed that 42.4 % children brushed their teeth twice a day or more,74.41% of the children used fluoridated tooth paste,21.36 % children visited dentists during the last year,42% children took measures to keep their health behaviors ;36.17 % children visited the dentists due to acute （chronic） toothache;Oral health knowledge of their parents mainly came from the mass media （41.10%）. 33.25% parents understood that the pit and fissure sealant could prevent decayed tooth. Conclusion It is important to strengthen the oral health education in school in order to keep correct children＇ s oral health behaviors.
