速度及速度耐力训练生化机理研究

摘    要:采用文献研究方法,运用生化理论知识,对速度和速度耐力中生化机理进行了探讨,认为短跑运动员重视发展绝对速度并相应发展速度耐力的训练方法是符合生理生化规律的,即主要发展三磷酸腺苷(ATP)快速分解和磷酸肌酸(CP)再合成的供能能力,是提高短跑运动成绩的关键,通过研究短跑运动中运动员生理生化供能方式,为短跑运动技术的综合分析、指导思想的确立和科学训练方法与手段的筛选提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Based on the present different state of sprinter performance lever between our home and abroad, the biochemical theory is applied to discuss some biochemical theory. The absolute speed should be stressed first, the speed endurance second ,and the training method is up to physiological and biochemical rule, i. e mainly developing the energy supply ability of Adenosine Triphoshate (ATP) rapid decomposition and Creative Phosphate(CP) resynthesis is the key to improve dash performance .By studying and discussing the physiological and biochemical energy supply mode during the dash, some theoretic ground is provided for our dash sports on diagnosing technique, establishing guidance, selecting scientific training method, and so on.
