板坯连铸机辊列的最优设计
摘    要:根据二冷辊列参数对连铸坯固液相交界面上应变与应变速率的影响,提出了优化支承辊辊距的方法,并给出了确定带有可实现连铸坯等曲率速率矫直的多点矫直系统的二冷辊列几何尺寸的计算方法及公式,为板坯连铸机的设计提供了更为科学的理论基础

Optimizing Design for the Roller System of the Continuous Casting Machine

Abstract:According to the effect of roller system of continuous casting machine(CCM) on strain and strain rate at solid liquid boundary of slab, the method for optimizing roller pitches was suggested, the formulas for calculating position magnitude of roller system with multi- point unbending system which can make curvature and strain change at low and unchanging rate was given. The contents of research in this paper supplies with more perfect theory basic for the design of roller system of CCM.
