摘    要:简要介绍了系统生物学的概念及其研究的特点、内容和方法.在此基础上,利用复杂网络理论将生物体系统抽象成为复杂网络,通过对生物体复杂网络的研究,可以获得关于生物体结构和功能的种种新的认识和理解.现阶段,采取的方法主要是结合度分布、小世界效应、聚集性和鲁棒性等四个方面的网络属性,对大多数生物体复杂网络所呈现出来的一系列性质和特征进行分析,得出一些普遍的规律.进一步提出今后生物系统理论研究的若干生长点.

A Review on System Biology and the Research of Biological Networks

Abstract:This paper briefly introduced the conception of System Biology and its features, contents and methods about the studies of System Biology. Based on this, biological systems are abstracted into complex networks taking advantage of the complex network theory, and through the research on complex networks of organism, we can acquire kinds of new understanding and comprehension about the structure and function of organism. In current stage, the measure mostly be taken is, combined with the four aspects of network attributes that are the distribution of degree, small-world effect, the property of clustering and robustness, we analyzed series of qualities and characteristics about biological complex networks in majority, and obtained some universal regulations. Moreover, in the final part of this paper, we proposed a number of start points of the research on biological systems theoretically from now on.
