| Abstract: | The only way to the improvement of the quality of the college newspaper lies in the reform in content and form. The renewal and enrichment of content, as the writer holds, must guarantee the content to be not only serious but also lively, not only instructive but also interesting, while the reform in the reporting form must submit to and serve the content, and take the layout improvement as its final goal. The writer points out that the college newspaper is characterized by its function as combination of information and culture. |
