| 摘 要： | 主要分析了BP算法的特点以及在模式识别应用中存在的一些缺陷,研究了遗传算法和BP算法相结合的相关技术,设计并实现了一个遗传算法和BP算法相结合的BP-GA算法,并用一个经典实例说明该算法在模式识别中的应用.实验结果表明,基于BP-GA的模式识别系统有较好的泛化能力,较好地克服了网络单纯利用BP算法训练网络陷入局部极小值,导致网络训练失败的缺陷.

| Abstract: | This paper primarily analyzes the characteristics of BP algorithm and some shortage existed in pattern recognition application,studies the related combination technique about the genetic algorithm with the BP algorithm,designs and realizes the BP-GA algorithm combined the GA algorithm with the BP algorithm,and explains the application of the pattern recognition using a practice instance with it.The results show that the GA-BP algorithm put forward in this paper can get over the deficiency that the network is easy to fall into the local minor value leading to failure. |
