激素诱导母犬发情试验

对13头母犬进行了两次试验。试验一,分为四组:(1)氯前列烯醇;(2)PMSG;(3)LRH—A_2和(4)三合激素。试验结果,第一组母犬发情率、受胎率和每窝平均产仔数分别为80、60和2.67;第二组分别为100、0和0;第四组分别为0、0、和0,第三组分别为100、0、和0。试验二,选用(1)MAP阴道海绵栓埋植7天,取栓同时注射PMSG5002μ,LRH—A_2100单位;(2)MAP处理7天,埋栓同时注射地塞米松10mg,取栓时注PMSG和LRH—A_2。试验结果,母犬发情率、受胎率和窝产仔数分别为100、100和4.5。结果表明,氯前列烯酸+PMSG、LRH—A_2和MAP+PMSG、LRH—A是克服母犬繁殖障碍及诱导母犬发情的较佳处理方案。

A Study of Estrus Induction in Bitch by Hormone

Two experiments were carried out at 13 bitches. Experiment 1 were given four groups; CD Clo prostenol; (2) PMSG; (3)LRH-A2 and (4) TIC. Results of this group i , hitch estrus rate, comeep tion rate and litter size were 80, 60 and 2. 67 respectively, group 2 : 100, 0, and 0, group 3.0 0 and 0, group 4: 100, 0 and0. Experiment 2, group 1: MAP intravanginal sponge were implanted for 7 days, following in moval of the implanter 7 days later, each bitch was given an intramuscular injection of 500mg of PMSG, LRH-A2 1U. Group 2: MAP were implanted for 7 days, injection of 10 mg of efexaneth following removal of the sponge 7 days later, injection PMSE and LRH-A2 similar group Results of the study, bitch estrus rate, pregnantion rate and number born were 100, 100 and 4.5 respective ly. It is concluded that cloprostenol+PMSG, LRH-A2, MAP+PMSG, LRH- A2 may overcome breeding difficulty of bitches and induction estrus. Results of this study indicate that the procedure better for bitches.
