| 摘 要： | 谚语是人类生活经验的累积，为各国语言的精华。中英两国人民有许多共同的生活经验和共同感受，所以两种化也有不少重合处，趴有相似的生活体会、相似的世界观和相似的思维方式。另一方面，由于地理环境、风俗习惯、宗教信仰等方面的不同，中英谚事也体现出很在差异，造成化上的隔阂。

| Abstract: | Proverbs sum up life experience and have been described as the crystallization of languages. Chinese people share similar life experiences and feelings with English people. They thus have cultural overlap, including similar life attitude, outlook and thinking way. On the other hand, Chinese proverbs also differ from English proverbs because of different geological environment, customs and religious belief, which leads to a cultural gap indeed. |
