| 摘 要： | 从传统DEA模型出发,考虑环境污染产出,基于2005-2010年中国省际面板数据,引入不同的交叉评价模型对中国各省份的能源效率进行了研究.研究结果表明,中国能源效率整体水平偏低,各省份能源效率存在显著差异,大体呈现出东部省份能源效率高,西部省份能源效率低的格局.此外,“十一五”规划期间我国能源效率大体呈上升趋势,但东西部地区能源效率差距有扩大的趋势.

| Abstract: | From the standpoint of traditional DEA model and taking environmental pollution outputs into account, according to Chinese provincial panel data from 2005 to 2010, we have analyzed China''s energy efficiency by using different cross-evaluation methods. The results have shown the low-level of China''s energy efficiency and significant differences of provincial energy efficiency. Besides, there is a pattern of high energy efficiency in the eastern region and low energy efficiency in the western region. In addition, China''s energy efficiency has an upward trend during the 11th Five-Year Plan, but the gap of energy efficiency between eastern and western regions has a trend of widening. |
