染料敏化光电池中纳米TiO2膜的制备及性能研究

摘    要:本文以商品P25为原料,利用涂层和热处理的方法在导电玻璃上制备纳米TiO2膜。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)测试结果表明,薄膜均匀、内部含有许多的纳米孔洞。X射线衍射仪(XRD)测试结果表面热处理前后TiO2的晶体结构没有显著变化。将纳米TiO2膜组装成染料敏化太阳能电池并研究了其光电转化性能。

Abstract:TiO2 film was prepared when the nano TiO2 powder was coated onto the conductive glass and then was heated at a certain temperature.SEM analysis results showed that the thin film was uniform with many nano-holes.XRD analysis results showed that the crystal structure of TiO2 in the film almost remained unchanged,which is very important for the solar-cell.The dye sensitized solar cell(DSC) was fabricated based on the TiO2 film and some properties of the solar cell were also studied in this paper.
