| Abstract: | According to the main difficulties and challenges,insufficent outlay to run scientific and technical periodicals,the sponsor's control and the situation lashed by the network information, etc.,the ways to activate scientific and technical periodicals from such aspects as changing our ideas to run journals, rationalizing our journal personal structure, working for better quality, and more and better economic results were discussed. |
