钼(VI)-高铁试剂-溴化十六烷基三甲胺体系络合物吸附波的研究

摘    要:在pH4.4的HCOOH-HCOONaA介质中,钼(VI)与高铁试剂(Ferron)生成络合物,在CTMAB存在下,于-0.48V(vs.SCE)出现一尖锐、灵敏的极谱波。钼含量在4.2×10-8~5.7×10-6mol/L范围内与峰高呈线性关系。用多种电化学方法研究了极谱波的性质及电极反应机理,证明络合波为吸附波。峰电流由中心离子Mo(VI)还原产生。络合物组成为Mo(VI):Ferron=1:1。试验了三十多种离子对峰电流的影响。方法用于自来水中钼的测定,结果满意。

Abstract:A adsorptive polarographic wave of the complex of molybdenum(VI)-7-iodo-8-hydroxy-5-sulfonic acid (Ferron)-cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTMAB )is studied. its peak potential is-0.48V(vs.SCE). The optimum conditions are HCOOH-HCOONa buffer at PH 4.4,5.0 × 10-5 mol/L Ferron and 0.0005% CTMAB.The peak height is linear with the concentration of Mo (VI) in the range of 4.2×10-8~5.7× 10-6 mol/L.Several electrochemical methods are used to prove that a polarographic wave is a complex adsorptive one. The molar ratio of Mo (VI)to Ferron in the complex is found to be 1:1. The effects of more than 20 ions tested.The proposed method is satisfactorily applied to the determination of trace amounts of Mo (VI ) in water.
