摘    要:采用液相分散沉淀法在常温下制备了1,4-苯二甲酸镉配合物,分别利用元素分析、热分析、红外光谱以及X射线衍射对配合物进行了表征.利用X射线衍射研究了配合物在高温下的焙烧过程,并利用红外光谱、荧光光谱以及透射电子显微镜对焙烧产物进行了表征.结果表明,将配合物在高温下焙烧可得到CdO纳米晶,晶粒平均尺寸为20~30 nm.

Abstract:Cadmium complex of 1,4-benzene dicarboxylic acid is synthesized by liquid dispersion deposition method at normal temperature and the complex is characterized by element analysis,thermal analysis,infrared spectrum and X-ray diffraction,respectively.The calcining process of complex at high temperature is investigated by X-ray diffraction and the calcinated products are characterized by infrared spectrum,fluorescence spectrum and transmission electron microscopy.The results show that nano-sized CdO crystals wi...
