摘    要:采用<建设项目环境风险评价技术导则>中推荐的气候变化时多烟团模式,分别进行小风和静风扩散计算,预测曹妃甸工业区炼化一体化项目毒物泄漏对大气环境的影响.从预测结果分析可以看出:当苯罐和硫化氢(H2S)发生泄漏时,会对大气环境造成不同程度的影响.在所预测的几种气象条件下,F类稳定度微风条件下的最大落地浓度最大,达到了552.2 mg/m3.无论在何种天气条件下,都不会导致人员伤亡,因此发生毒物泄漏事故后,其产生的苯、H2S均不会对最近的滨海休闲区产生危害影响.

Abstract:The model of multi-smoke group is used to predict effects on air environment by the ooze of poison from refine and chemistry project in Caofeidian manufacturing district.Prediction results show that vary degree effects on ambient atmosphere will happen when the benzene tank and H2S ooze.Under the few atmosphere condition,the max ground concentration is 552.2 mg/m3 under the degree of stability is F and gentle breeze,no matter what weather no injuries and death of staff.
