摘    要:采用X衍射和透射电镜研究了淬火及深冷后的微细组织结构,指出深冷处理后硬度的提高主要来自微细弥散碳化物的沉淀析出,这些碳化物直径在10- 6 m m级.研究表明,深冷处理使马氏体轴比c/a 降低.

Abstract:Using the diffractometer and TEM, the microstructure of high carbon steel after quenching and cryogenic treatment are investigated. The result shows that the improvement of hardness after cryogenic treatment mainly comes from the precipitation of ultra fine disperse carbide. The diameter of these carbide is about the order of 10 -6 mm and this shows that the cryogenic treatment can reduce the c/a ratio of martensite.
