摘    要:本文介绍ZnO、SnO2及其复合UPF的工作温度对其薄膜表面电阻的影响,并根据表面吸附模型和理论对其结果加以分析.所研究的薄膜样品采用直流气体放电活化反应蒸化沉积技术制备.

Abstract:The xperimental research of the electrical resistance-temperature characteristics of Zinc,Tin chide and its bilayer ultratine particle thin films (UPF) were introduced,and the results were explained with the model of surface oxygen's adsorption theories.The thin films were prepared by a d.c. gas discharge activating reaction evaporation technique.
