| 摘 要： | 本文采用ＳｅＳＯ２－３－ＫＩＯ３体系示波极谱催化波法测定了鸡蛋中的硒。试样经ＨＮＯ３－ＨＣｌＯ４混酸消化处理，用浓盐酸还原为Ｓｅ（Ⅳ）后，进行示波导数极谱测定。该方法线性范围为０．０５～２．５０μｇ／Ｌ，回收率９５％，对样品测量的相对标准偏差为４．７６％。

| Abstract: | A catalytic oscillopolarography of SeSO 2- 3-KIO 3 system was applied for the determination of selenium in egg. Sample was applied by HNO 3-HClO 4 mixture, the selenium was reduced to Se(Ⅳ) in concentrated HCl, and then determind by catalytic oscillopolarography. The linear range, recovery and RSD of the method were 0.05～2.50 μg/L, 95% and 4.8% respectively. |
