On the Cyclical Acceleration Between Economy and Technology

In harmony with the development of reform, this article further studies the prerequisite of cyclical acceleration between economy and technology in a market economy system. It draws the conclusion that an owner control right promotes the cyclical acceleration in both economy and technology, with the way of combination of qualitative and quantitative methods.
