4.4DDS的研制

摘    要:本文首先从分析4.4DDS 结构出发,肯定了其性能、应用领域和重要性.其次是以实验为基础,利用缩聚反应,磺化碱溶二步分离法和脱色、重结晶手段来研制4.4DDS,原理清楚可行.最后用实验数据:4.4DDS146克、收率55%、熔点244——245℃,说明产品数量、质量已达聚合级指示.

Abstract:This essay,first,proceeds from the analyse of 4.4.D.D.S structure,makes sure of its property,field of application and its importance.Secondly,based on the experiment,develops 4.4.D.D.S by using the Condensation Reaction,Sulponation-soda-melt-two-step -separate-method and Decolouring-recrystall-ization.Fundamentals are clear and practicable.Finally,using experimental data:4.4.D. D.S of 146 grammes,producing rate of 55 percent,melting point of 244-245 centigrade degrees,comes to the conclusion that both quantity and quality of the products have been up to the polymerization standard.
