热变形实验装置中电感测头的误差补偿

摘    要:为确保热变形实验装置的测量精度,分析了热变形实验装置中的误差因素,采用石英棒标定方法,依据数学模型,对电感测头及测杆引起的误差给予补偿.该方法使测量装置满足材料热膨胀系数和复杂形体的机械零件的热变形测量精度要求.

Abstract:To guarantee measuring precision of experimental apparatus of thermal deformation, errors in apparatus must be analyzed and compensated. The paper attempts to analyze errors of two inductance gagging heads and measuring bar, to calibrate inductance gagging heads with quartz rods and compensate errors through establishing mathematical models.
