内燃机进气道流场的CFD计算

摘    要:内燃机进气道的传统设计方法是利用稳流实验台反复进行对比实验获得理想的模型数据。计算流体动力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics简称CFD)技术可以对气道的CAD模型进行流场模拟,并进行可视化显示。本文利用CFD技术对某型号385柴油机的进气道流场进行了三维模拟计算,并对结果进行了分析,验证了其有效性。说明CFD技术可以指导内燃机的气道设计,具有较高的实用价值。

Abstract:The traditional method of designing the inlet port of a diesel engine is to make tests, procure experimental data and analyze these results many times before we get the desired model data. Howerer, the computational fluid dynamics(CFD) can be used to simulate the fluid field of an inlet port, along with visualization display. Applying CFD to simulate the fluid field of a inlet port in a kind of 385 diesel engine, and with 3D analog computing as well, we analyze these results and prove its effectuality.From the results,a conclusion can be made that CFD can be used to direct the port design of internal-combustion engines and has high application value.
