山蚂蝗植物的免疫双扩散研究

摘    要:以豆科山蚂蝗类(传统的山蚂蝗属)植物中的长柄山蚂蝗属的两种代表植物尖叶长柄山蚂蝗(Podocarpium oxyphyllum)和长柄山蚂蝗(P.podocarpum);山蚂蝗属的两种代表种波叶山蚂蝗(Desmodium sinuatum)和大叶拿身草(D.1axifiorum)等4种植物的种子为材料,提取分离其球蛋白组份作为抗原,免疫家兔得到相应的抗血清。在免疫实验中,反应抗原增加了山蚂蝗属的总状山蚂蝗(D.spicatum)、圆锥山蚂蝗(D.esquirdii)和小槐花(D.caudatum)3种,通过免疫双扩散,研究了山蚂蝗植物7个种的部分血清学行为以及他们之间的相互关系。其结果为尖叶长柄山蚂蝗和长柄山蚂蝗具有相似的血清学特性,支持了形态学将广义的山蚂蝗属分成山蚂蝗属和长柄山蚂蝗属的分类学结论。

Abstract:Globulins of the seeds of Podocarpium oxyphyuum,Podocarpium Podocarpum,Desmodium sinuatum and Desmodium laxiflorum were extracted and used as antigens to immunize rabbits and to obtain corresponding antiserums.These four antiserums and seven antigens (the extracted four globulins and the antigens of Desmodium spicatum,Desmodium esquirdic and Desmodium caudatum)were used in double immunodiffusion and the serological reactions and the relationship of the seven plants were studied.The results show that Podo carpium oxyphyllum and Podocar pium podocarpum have similar serological property,which supports the conclusion that Desmodium Desv.in a broad sense should include Podocarpium and Desmodium.
