| 摘 要： | 介绍了新型基波全电子式电能表的设计方法，分析了电子式电能表发展情况和发展趋势，讨论了在谐波存在下电能计量不准确的原因，阐述了新型基波全电子式电能表的设计方案，电能计量部分确定采用DSP芯片通过软件编程实现低通滤波和电能计量，软件采用适于本表计的前后台软件结构。

| Abstract: | A new fundamental waveform electronic watt-hour meter is developed.Development trends and latest fruits at home and abroad are introduced.Reasons that result in inaccurate measurement of electric energy under harmonic wave are summarized.Meanwhile,the design scheme of meter is represented;the part of energy measurement uses DSP chip to realize low pass filter and energy measurement by software programming;the software frame of the energy meter adopts the foreground/background structure. |
