原子荧光法测定化探样品中砷的不确定度评定

摘    要:详细介绍了氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定化探样品中的砷的不确定度的评定。详尽分析了方法测试过程中引入的不确定度的来源。提出了测定结果的主要影响因素。通过评定,证明此方法不确定度分量的主要来源为:(1)样品制备过程的不确定度,(2)校准曲线计算的不确定度,(3)标准配制过程的不确定度,(4)重复性测定的不确定度。其中,样品制备过程中的样品消解带来的不确定度为最大,校准曲线计算的标准不确定度次之,其他方面带来的不确定很小。

Abstract:The paper describes the evaluation on the uncertainty of the arsenic measurement in geochemical samples by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The resources and types of the uncertainty are summarized. The effect to arsenic measurement in geochemical samples is analyzed and presented. By the evaluation on the uncertainty of the arsenic measurement, the uncertainty mainly comes from the sample making, standard curve fit by least squares method, standard stock solution adjusted and diluted, and the repeated times. The evaluation indicated that the uncertainty from the standard stock solution adjusted and diluted is the most important factor to the uncertainty, and the standard curve fit by least squares method is the second source of uncertainty.
