钢铁废水处理及回用实例分析

摘    要:采用混凝、沉淀为主体的工艺,对新钢公司的生产废水进行净化处理与回用。介绍和分析了废水处理工程的主要设计参数、工艺流程和设施的运行情况等,对提高新区生产废水净化处理能力,减少了废水的排放量,实现废水的资源化利用,降低吨钢的新水消耗量等具有重要意义。

Abstract:Coagulation and sedimentation as the main process of production wastewater purification treatment and reuse of xinyu iron & steel group was carried out. The case of major wastewater treat- ment parameters, process and operation of the facility was described and analyzed in this paper. It was of great significance to improve waste water purification treatment capacity, reduce waste emis- sions, and lower unit water consumption of steel in wastewater resource utilization.
