| Abstract: | Psycholigy is the sicence of studying human psychological phenomenon, which is the object of psychological study.The use of psychological training in PE is discussed and the law of psychology's activities,feelings and wills, the use of direct method, and also the author's experiences in teaching are introduced in this paper.The author presents the methods of how to use psychology in PE in order to gain better results in the teaching and study of PE. |
