热磁处理温度对Fe-23Cr-15Co永磁合金显微组织和性能的影响

摘    要:根据H-800分析电镜对Fe-23 Cr-15Co永磁合金所作的形貌观察和选区衍射分析,探讨了热磁处理温度对Fe-23 Cr-15Co永磁合金的显微组织结构和磁性能的影响。结果表明,Fe-23Cr-15Co永磁合金在稍低于Spinodal分解温度下进行热磁处理,可获最佳的组织结构与最优的磁性能。

Abstract:H-800 transmisson electron microscope has been used to investigate the micro-structure and diffraction pattern of Fe-23Cr-15Co alloy after thermomagnetic treat-ment at different temperatures. The effect of themomagnetic treatment temperatureon the microstructure and magnetic properties of alloys is discussed. It was foundthat if the thermomagnetic treatment is carried out at a temperature a little bitlower than the Spinodal decomposition temperature, the best microstructure andmagnetic properties of alloys may be obtained.
