基于Oracle Spatial的规划用地档案管理信息系统

目的为勘查测绘部门建立先进的规划用地档案管理信息系统,更好地为数据生产服务。方法通过现代GIS技术、MIS技术、数据库技术,结合MicroStation/GeoGraphics V8平台,进行二次开发。结果论述了构建Client/Sever结构的规划用地档案管理信息系统的设计方案,介绍了所使用的关键技术、数据库设计、功能设计以及数据安全管理等。结论提出运用先进的规划用地管理手段,摒弃以文件存储和以文件/关系数据库相结合的传统管理模式,充分利用Oracle Spatial空间数据库对规划用地的空间数据和属性数据进行一体化存储和管理,实现完全的空间数据库管理模式,实现规划用地档案管理上的一个飞跃。

The management system for city landuse archives based on Oracle Spatial database

Aim To build an advanced management system for city landuse archives for the department of prospecting and surveying to serve data production well.Methods By the morden technologies of GIS,database and MIS,the system combins the MicroStation/GeoGraphics V8 platform with Oracle Spatial database platform on whose implement the second development is carried out.Results The design of city landuse information system of Client/Sever structure is discussed and the key technologies,database design,function design and security management are introduced.Conclusion The morden management technology is put forward,morover,the system abandons the traditional pattern of the saving method of file and the method of file/DBMS,which make good use of Oracle Spatial database to save/manage the mapping and attribute data integratively and realize the entire spatial database management pattern,therefor,it is a big advance in the history of city landuse management and has enormous benelit.
