| 摘 要： | 简述了先进文化与社会主义精神文明在内容上是同一的，图书馆是社会主义精神文明的窗口，要充分认识图书馆在精神文明建设中的地位和作用。坚持“代表先进文化的前进方向”重要思想，加强图书馆在馆员职业道德，教育职能，馆藏，育人环境等方面的建设。
