基于AHP的旅游资源评价与发展对策研究——以重庆环城游憩带为例

2010年7月在参与重庆环城游憩带项目策划的过程中,对重庆环城游憩带旅游资源进行调查,通过构建AHP模型,分析确定模型中各因素的评价体系指标及其相互关系。评价结果表明,重庆环城游憩带的旅游资源以休闲性为主要特色,同时具有较高的观赏价值和历史文化价值,而区位条件、政策导向、旅游配套设施、景点组合度、环境质量、环境容量等是影响重庆环城游憩带旅游产业发展不容忽视的重要因素。根据对评价结果的分析,提出发展定位与发展模式,即分为点状圈层开发阶段、点-轴渐进扩散阶段、圈层网络构建3个阶段;此外,还应加快与完善对旅游项目和配套设施建设,进一步优化交通网络和旅游资源整合,从而实现重庆环城游憩带的协调、健康、可持续发展。

Research on the Tourism Resource Assessment and Development Strategies Based on AHP:Take the Recreational Belt Around Metropolis of Chongqing Example
