基于声卡的乳化液泵故障诊断系统

通过分析乳化液泵排、吸液阀振动产生的机理设计了泵的振动信号测试系统和泵的故障诊断软件。测试系统采用PC计算机、电涡传感器,声卡,建立了乳化液泵振动信号的信号采集系统并对测点的安放进行了说明。用声卡成功地代替了一般的数据采集卡来采集振动信号,有效的降低了整个测试系统的成本。乳化液泵故障诊断系统软件主要包括主调度模块、功能模块组、人工神经网络程序包和数据库等部分。主调度模块主要控制和协调诊断系统其它部分的工作。诊断系统软件的在线故障诊断功能、事后故障诊断功能、人工神经网络的训练以及其它工具的功能都是通过它调用相应的功能模块或子程序来实现的。中心数据库是为整个乳化液泵状态监测与故障诊断系统服务其主要功能是存储各种过程参数和故障诊断参数。

Fault diagnosis of the emulation pump based on the sound card

Through analyzing emulsion pump vibration mechanism,designed pump vibration signal monitoring system and fault diagnosis software.With PC,eddy current sensor and sound card,a vibration signal collecting system was designed.Laying position of the sensor was explained.Acquired the vibration signal with the sound card success instead of the general data acquisition card,effective reduced the entire system cost and establishes the emulsion pumps the monitor and the fault diagnosis system.The soft mainly include the main module,function modules group,artificial neural network packages and databases.The main function is to coordinate the main module and other parts of the diagnostic system in working.The central database for the entire emulsion pump vibration signals monitoring system and fault diagnosis services at its main function are to store various process parameters and fault diagnostic parameters.
