微波自动测量系统软件设计

摘    要:介绍了一套微波自动测量系统简易标量网络分析仪系统的软件设计.该软件系统采用VC编程下的Windows用户界面,操作方便,交互性好,并结合几个测试功能模块,如数据采集模块,拟合模块等,实现了驻波比、晶体检波律、介质介电常数及传输系数等微波参数的自动测量,提高了测量的精度.

Abstract:This paper presents the software and hardware system of a simple scalar network analyzer. The system is programmed by Visual C , and its GUI is built in Windows operation system and convenient for operation. The microwave source is VCO, which is controlled by data collected card in PC, and microwave parameters such as standing wave radio, demodulation law of diode, permittivity of medium and transmission coefficient, etc., can be achieved automatically.The linearity or polynominal fitting models are implemented to achieve high precision in measuring the demodulation law of diode and the relationship between the output microwave signal frequency and the input direct voltage.Based on the assumption of weak coupling between the rectangle cavity with the outside source, the resonance curve of cavity can be viewed as Lorentz function and fitted by it to get low error.
