多指标正交设计在聚乙烯醇—水泥自硬砂试验中的应用

本文采用多指标正交设计的分析方法,对聚乙烯醇(P.V.A)—水泥自硬砂进行了水泥种类和自硬砂配方配方的优选试验.试验结果表明,P.V.A—双快水泥自硬砂的性能较好,可以扩大使用范围,因此,选择双快水泥作自硬砂的粘结剂和硬化剂是合适的.

Tke Application of the Method of Multi-Targeted Quadrature Design to the Test on P.V.A.-Cement-Bondes Self-Hardening

Optimization experiments on types of cement and mixtures for self-hardening sand were tested by means of multi-targeted guadrature-des-ign.The test shows that P.V.A.quick-setting and hardening cement-bondes-self-hardening sand has good properties and can extend its range of use. Then, it is appropriate that quick-setting and hardening cement is selected as hardening agent and bonding agent.
