塔式系统圆形镜场中余弦效率分布的研究

摘    要:定日镜在接受和反射太阳辐射能至吸热器的过程中,存在着诸多损失。不正当的聚光镜场布置方案将引起过量的损失,其余弦损失所占的比例最大。因而有必要对定日镜处于不同坐标位置的余弦效率进行研究。首先建立了塔式太阳能热发电中余弦效率的数学模型。其次通过对阴影和阻挡损失——聚光场密度的折衷考虑,选择规则且灵活的放射状交错排列方式,得到圆形聚光镜场。最后在圆形镜场中对夏至日不同时间的余弦效率进行仿真,并从仿真结果中得到一些结论。基于这些结论,可重新定义定日镜的布置方案和检修策略,以便于获得更多的太阳辐射能,降低其成本。

Abstract:Heliostats have some losses in the process of receiving and reflecting solar radiation. Improper heliostat layout results in excessive losses, among these losses, cosine efficiency accounted for the largest proportion. So, it is necessary to study on the cosine efficiency of the heliostats at different coordinates. In this paper, mathematical model of cosine efficiency in solar power tower plant was established. Then, there are trade-offs among shadowing, blocking losses and heliostats field density, and the regular and flexible radical staggered configuration was chosen as an optimal field layout, which generate of densest circular heliostat fields. Furthermore, summer solstice is used to simulate at different solar time, while the distribution of cosine efficiency was analyzed. From simulated graphics show that some useful results. Based on this principle, placement and maintenance strategy of heliostats should be made so as to collect more solar energy and reduce cost.
