破损安全结构在损伤容限设计原则下的应用

摘    要:针对破损安全结构在破损安全设计和损伤容限设计两种不同时代的设计原则下具体应用的差异进行阐述,指出在损伤容限设计原则下破损安全结构仍是主流设计,并通过实例分析,阐明破损安全结构相比单传力路径结构在损伤容限方面的性能优势。同时通过分析研究给出了单耳和双耳结构损伤容限性能比值与应力水平的关系,以及单耳结构达到双耳结构相同的损伤容限性能时,两者的应力比值关系。

Abstract:This paper give an explanation for the applicational difference between safe life design rule and damage tolerance design rule, and point out that fail safe structure is still the mainstream design under the damage tolerance design rule. An analysis example is conducted to elucidate that the fail safe structure compared to single load path structure perform advanced damage tolerance performance. This paper also give the relationship between stress level and damage tolerance performance ratio of double lug and single lug structures, and the both lug structures' stress ratio at same damage tolerance performance by research.
