摘    要:用Pro/E和ANSYS软件对某航空发动机转子系统进行了建模和模态分析。提取了前6阶固有频率和振型,并对计算结果进行了分析。同时结合发动机的工作转速进行判断。得出结论:转子在工作转速内具有足够的振动安全裕度,不会产生共振。

Abstract:Modeling and modal analysis of an aero-engine rotor system were carried out with Pro/E and ANSYS to get the natural frequencies and mode shapes of first six orders and the calculation results were analyzed as well. Meanwhile, the results based on analysis of the design speed of the engine shows that this rotor system has enough safety margin of the vibration frequency and the resonance phenomenon would not appear within the running speeds of rotation. The present work also lays the foundation for further analysis of the rotor and provides an important theoretical basis for structural optimization design and dynamic performance improvements.
