| 摘 要： | 对几种石油储备方式的储油原理作简要介绍，详细分析它们各自的优缺点，对我国战略石油储备方式展开论证，并采用模糊数学理论进行优化、决策．结果表明，海上储油方式有较大优势而作为首选，并给出了海上石油储备方式方案设计．

| Abstract: | The oil storage principle of several types of strategic petroleum reserve(SPR) facilities were introduced, and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed. Based on fuzzy mathematics theory, the fuzzy decision-making on SPR facilities was done. The decision-making results show that the floating tankers are advantageous of without land acquisition, which was proposed as one of the candidates of SPR facilities. |
