| 摘 要： | 人为失误是发生海上碰撞事故的主要原因，建立完善的船舶自动避让系统是减少人为失误、提高航行安全的关键。快速、正确、详细地采集目标船和周围的环境信息是自动避让决策的基础。通过对现代航海技术AIS和ECDIS功能的分析，提出利用AIS和ECDIS解决自动避让系统信息采集问题的观点，以期对自动避让系统的开发研究有所帮助。

| Abstract: | Human error is the main cause of collision accidents at sea.The improvem ent of automatic colli-sion -avoiding system is the key of re ducing human error and increasing navigation safety.Rapid and correct collection of information in detail like target vessels and surrounding situations is the foundation of auto matic collision -avoiding decision.The p aper,analyzing the functions of AIS and ECDIS,provides the idea of using the equipments of AIS and ECDIS to solve t he problem of information collectio n,which is expected to do good to research and development of automatic collision -avoiding system. |
