| 摘 要： | 从分析我国铁路现行管理体制的弊端入手 ,在借鉴国外发达国家铁路管理模式经验的基础上 ,结合我国铁路的实际 ,提出我国铁路应该走“网运分离”的道路 ,并提出了初步设想和建议 .

| Abstract: | Beginning with analyzing the shortcoming in the existing management system of our nation's railway,on the base of learning from the advanced management model of developed countries,this article put forward that the management of our nation's railway should be changed into the model of separating the line management and transportation considering our country's practice. |
