| 摘 要： | 从管理学的内容和特征出发 ,认为管理的创新应该从观念创新、方法创新和战略创新三方面加以研究 .思想观念的创新是管理创新的基础和前提 ;激励方法的创新是方法创新的核心内容 ;战略创新是管理创新的制高点和难点 .创新贯穿于科学发现、技术发明到经济发展的全过程 ,但创新的管理不仅仅指创新的过程管理 ,还包括创新人才和国家创新体系的管理 .

| Abstract: | So faras managementitselfisconcerned,the innovation ofmanagementshall be studied through three aspects:the innovation of ideas,the innovation of method and the innovation of strategy.The inno- vation of ideas is the foundation and prerequisite of management innovation.The innovation of encourage- mentis the core ofmethod innovation.The innovation of strategy is the difficultpartin management inno- vation.Innovation runs through the whole course of scientific discovery,technical invention and economi- cal development.Butthe managementof innovation refers notonly to the process management of innova- tion,but also to the management of the talented and the management of Nation's Innovation System. |
