| 摘 要： | 对产白地表茅孢杆菌(B.licheniformis)的碱性蛋白酶通过乙醇沉淀、盐析、DEAE阴离子交换层析,凝胶层析4步纯化.以酶比活力为指标,对碱性蛋白酶分离纯化条件进行了优化.结果发现:提纯酶的比活力达62098U/mg,纯化倍数为23.7,活性回收率为15.7%.

| Abstract: | On the production from Bacillus licheniformis(B.licheniformis)of alkaline protease by ethanol precipitation,salt precipitation,DEAE anion exchange chromatography,gel filtration purification step 4.The enzyme activity as an index of the alkaline protease purification conditions were optimized.The results showed that:purified enzyme specific activity 62098U/mg,purification factor of 23.7,15.7% activity recovery. |
