航空发动机润滑系统试验台测控系统设计

摘    要:根据航空发动机润滑系统试验台的功能及要求,设计了基于iFix监控软件平台和PLC硬件系统的润滑系统试验台测控系统,本系统在设计的过程中参考软件的柔性设计理念,实现了系统信息的可自由配置,同时引入最小二乘法,对系统的AI通道进行校验,提高了曲线的拟合精度,得到较为准确的工程量与电量之间的关系曲线。试验台的调试运行证明,本系统操作方便,设置灵活,可靠性高,达到了设计指标要求。

Abstract:According to the function and requirement of measurement and control system of aero-engine lubrication system test-bed, a new measurement and control system for lubrication system test-bed was designed based on PLC hardware device and iFix software, while flexible design concept of software was used as the reference to this system, thus the data could be updated freely without altering any program. Moreover, least squares technique was used to realize channel check and improve curve fitting precision. The application shows the system runs stably, operates easily and has friendly interface. It has achieved design requirements.
