| 摘 要： | 在界定医药制造业技术创新能力的基础上,构建一套医药制造业技术创新能力评价指标体系,运用因子分析法对我国28个省级地区进行分析评价,对比东、中、西部区域技术创新能力,在此基础上分析长三角珠三角环渤海三大医药经济聚集区域技术创新能力和比较优势,得出我国医药制造业技术创新能力呈不均衡态势,建议政府对有较强技术创新能力和竞争优势的区域加大扶持力度,因地制宜推进我国医药制造业的发展。
