研究型大学教师全面薪酬激励效应的实证研究

摘    要:为了深入揭示研究型大学教师全面薪酬对激励效应的影响程度,本文在分析薪酬构成要素的基础上,提出了全面薪酬体系成分要素、调节要素与激励效应的关系模型。运用结构方程对调查问卷进行实证研究,研究型大学教师全面薪酬成分要素由直接经济性薪酬、间接经济性薪酬、直接非经济性薪酬、间接非经济性薪酬四部分组成,且均对激励效应具有显著的正向作用;区域、性别、职称、工龄、年龄五个调节要素对激励效应均具有调节作用。
