| 摘 要： | 《反分裂国家法》的出台是维护台湾海峡地区的和平稳定,维护国家主权和领土完整,维护中华民族的根本利益的重要举措。《反分裂国家法》是宪法性法律,其中第8条是军事法的重要渊源。因此,该法与军事法是交叉关系,但基于目前情况应当将其纳入到军事法范畴进行研究。

On the Relationship Between the "Anti-Secession Law" and Military Law |

| Abstract: | "Anti-Secession Law" is to safeguard peace and stability of Taiwan Strait,safeguarding national sovereignty and territorial integrity,and safeguarding the fundamental interests of the Chinese nation. "Anti-Secession Law" is a constitutional law,article 8 of "Anti-Secession Law" is important source of military law. Therefore,the law and military law are cross-relations,but based on the current situation ,"Anti-Secession Law" should be incorporated into military law areas. |
