试论少年运动员身体训练

摘    要:身体训练是指发展力量、速度、耐力、灵敏和柔韧性等身体素质的训练。一个高水平的运动员必须具有健康的体魄和良好的身体训练基础。从生理学方面研究证实,各项身体素质发展最快的年令阶段都在青少年时期,因此根据青少年生理和心理特点,采用多功效的“综合性”练习手段,能使各项素质得到均衡的发展和提高;同时结合素质训练,让他们尽量熟悉各种运动项目,培养运动才能,提高机体各器官系统的机能能力,促进青少年身体正常生长发育,增强健康水平,为转入专项训练打下良好的身体训练基础。本文就以上诸方面,从青少年生理、心理特点以及从生化角度,对各项素质训练分别进行剖析,并提出一些练习内容和方法。

Abstract:Physical trainging refers to the kind of training which promotes the development of strergth, speel, indurance, zenitivity and flewibility Physiologically adolesence and youth are the best period to take pact in training, Therefore, it is desirable to have a comprehensive and multi-functional training so that it will help develop all-roun cledly and help them get to know a vwriety tems in spocts, develop their abilities and diflerent organs of their bolies so that they can grow healthy, laying a solid foundation for future training This paper provides analysis contents and methods of diathesis training from the view points of physiology, psychology and bio-che-mistry in terms of above-mentioned aspects.
